We absolutely LOVED Amplify!!!! Our guests were dancing the whole time, which is what we wanted and the reason we hired a band. ALL of our guests raved about Amplify and how fabulous they were!! A few guests didn't even realize we had a band until they saw them (that is how good Amplify is!!!) We had an absolute blast and we LOVED the range of song selections Amplify picked. Our parents' friends loved that Amplify played old school songs but that those songs were still fun enough for our friends (younger crowd) could still enjoy. :)

Does Amplify provide instruments and sound equipment?

Yes. Amplify brings all the instruments and sound equipment needed for most weddings and private events, covering up to several hundred guests. For larger venues or guest counts, additional sound support can be arranged for a fee or coordinated through your production vendor.

Does Amplify provide lighting?

Amplify includes basic lighting for the performance area. This usually consists of a few white or colored LED or par can lights on stands. While this isn’t full-room decor lighting, we can adjust our setup to fit the vibe of your event—or skip it altogether if you’re working with a lighting company.

How long will Amplify perform?

Our standard performance package covers up to four hours of event time, including brief breaks. We’ll play curated playlists during breaks and structure our sets around key moments like toasts or a cake cutting. A typical four-hour booking includes about 45 minutes of break time, usually split into two segments of 20–25 minutes. We also offer a three-hour, no-break option and can add overtime for an additional fee.

How far in advance should I book Amplify?

Saturdays in spring and fall tend to book the furthest in advance—often 8 to 15 months out. Weekday and off-season dates typically book closer to the event, and we’re happy to accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows. Booking early gives you the best chance to lock in your preferred date.
