Everything well absolutely perfect this past weekend! Our concierge department received a lot of great feedback at the booth about how much guests enjoyed the band. We definitely noticed an uptick in guests that stayed at the event and even kept near the Stage to dance/listen to the band. The Marketing VPs that were at the parade said it was great that you could hear the band from the Peachtree Street entrances, and that many guests came into the Plaza due to hearing the music after the parade ended. Working with Will & The Exclamation was fantastic, they were prepared in every way and super super pleasant to engage with on such a busy day. I'll definitely share your contacts with some of our other properties in GA and any inquiries we receive regarding bands we utilize. Will & The Exclamation were the perfect band for the Luck Of The Square event, and I definitely plan to rebook a Sam Hill band for the 2026 event!

What can we say about the performance except WOW? Will and the Exclamation delivered a night that was truly unforgettable. They nailed every single detail, including learning and performing our first dance song perfectly, which was such a special moment. There are not enough words to describe how incredible the band was at our wedding. The dance floor was packed the entire night and that's exactly what we wanted — a giant dance party — and they delivered. Every song they played matched our vibe perfectly. They also played all of our requested songs, which is greatly appreciated. They do a fantastic job of playing a mix of old hits, today's hits and millennial anthem. I continue to get texts from guests talking about how amazing the band was and that they are the best wedding band they have ever seen and we agree! Not only do they play, but they also do choreography and it was like being at a private concert just for us. I cannot recommend this band enough for not only a wedding, but any event! Kyle and I cannot thank them enough for being part of the best night of our lives

Our whole experience with the band was superb!! From the booking to the details and of course, showtime, everything was topnotch! We have received many, many comments from the guests saying how wonderful the band and the event as a whole were. The musicians, the vocalists, the choreography, the interaction with the guests, and how well they read the room were excellent! What is the cost to book a band for an event?

We offer bands for nearly every budget, starting around $2,000 and going up to $15,000+. Most dance bands range between $3,500 and $8,500.

Does a band provide all their instruments and sound equipment?

Bands bring instruments and sound equipment for most weddings and events, covering up to several hundred guests. For larger events, additional sound support can be arranged for a fee or through a vendor you provide.

Do bands provide lighting?

All bands provide basic lighting for their performance area, but this isn’t decor lighting for the whole space. Light stands typically feature a few white or colored LED or par cans. Some bands can adjust lighting to fit the event, or they can skip it if you’re working with a separate lighting vendor.

How long can I expect the band to play?

Special event bands charge a single fee for up to a 4-hour block, including breaks. They’ll play a preset playlist during breaks, scheduled around natural pauses like speeches or cake cutting. For a 4-hour event, bands need at least 45 minutes of break time, usually split into two 20-25 minute breaks. Some bands offer a three-hour no-break option and can add overtime for an extra fee.

How far in advance should I book a band?

Spring and fall Saturday events often book a year or more in advance, with popular dates typically securing bands 8-15 months ahead. Non-Saturday events book closer to the date, and we often help clients with shorter timelines (2-6 months) find great bands. Booking early increases your options for in-demand bands, so reach out soon!
